The Wizards Room

Deep underground is where it all happens!

In our dungeon, we have created a truly magical place, this is where our wizard likes to hide away practicing her potions. There is never a quiet moment while she creates her magic and goodness for you all to enjoy.

Now, in true Wizard style, our Wizard is eccentric, loud, and sometimes a bit demanding (but this is what makes her truly magical)

Wizard Room Packages

Apprentice Level

This package includes a Magical Themed Grazing Table of Savoury & Sweet Bites, Poly Juice Potion, and of course, your wizard providing you with some entertainment. The cost for up to 10 children is £250, Up to 15 children is £375 and up to 20 children is £475.

Mage Level

This package includes a Magical Themed Grazing Table of Savoury & Sweet Bites, Poly Juice Potion, and Butterbeer, a Treat Bag for your guests to take home, and of course, your wizard providing you with some entertainment. The cost for up to 12 children is £ 375.00. Each additional guest costs £25.00

Wizard Level

This package includes a Magical Themed Grazing Table of Savoury & Sweet Bites, Poly Juice Potion, and Butterbeer, a Treat Bag for your guests to take home, a Chocolate Drip Birthday Cake, and of course, your wizard providing you with some entertainment. The cost for up to 12 children is £450.00. Each additional guest costs £27.50

Extras

New to 2024, Potion-making package. Choose between Bath Time Potions where the children will make their own bath bombs and bubble bath or Midnight Snack Specials (Food Potions). This package adds on 1 hour to your party time and has an introductory offer price of £75.

Private parties are booked for two-hour bookings, the wizard is with the booking for the entire time. Children can be dropped off and collected by parents, we do need to know if parents are going to wait for the children. There is a maximum number of 20 children in a booking.

School Holidays

During all school holidays we will be opening our Wizard Room for Afternoon Tea (these do have to be pre-booked) and drinks and treats, so that you can see our magical space in the Dungeons. The Wizard Room will be open Wednesdays - Sundays 11am-3pm throughout the holidays. Give us a call on 01303 251364 to book your table. Spaces are limited. See you soon.
